Peter has an eighteen year career in Hospitality including owning two Restaurants. In recent years however he moved into cooking privately in various locations for high profile clientele including cooking for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, James Brown and the Stereophonics. I have cooked in prestigious Ski Chalets and on Private Yachts and untill recently was based with my wife in Denmark on a large Shooting and Hunting Estate owned by the Lego family. I am highly self motivated and a real team player with a good sense of humour that will effortlessly fit into any team.
Leesa ran a successful Restaurant in Hampshire with husband Peter, we then moved into Luxury Chalet Management with high profile clients. Then we were based in Denmark working for a private family running their 10 bedroom house, 6 bedroom guest-wing/hotel and organising special events. Leesa is self-disciplined, professional and able to work independently or encourage and motivate a team. She has a keen eye for detail, a good knowledge of wine and food service and extensive administrative capabilities, She travels arround the world with Chef husband Peter and takes responsibility for the front of house operations.
Both are currently based in the Isle of Wight, U.K. for a high profile family of four and will next be available for booking from 1st September 2010.
