Denise Tollyfield

I am an enthusiastic and highly experienced home economist and cookery
presenter, working regularly at food fairs, cookery schools and trade
shows both in the UK and Europe. I love to bring food and cooking
alive to audiences, and I would describe my demonstrating style as
entertaining and relaxed, but always professional. Having studied for
a food diploma at college (a few years ago!) my cooking career only
took off about ten years ago, and I haven't looked back....

2011 has seen me demonstrating at the NEC for Spring Fair, the Boat &
Caravan Show and Autumn Fair, aswell as the Ambiente Show in
Frankfurt. I have also appeared this year at the Derbyshire Food Fair
and the Gloucester Quays Food Fair.

Although I can often be found prepping up for and supporting celebrity
chefs, I also have experience in front of the camera in my own right.
I was a finalist in Gordon Ramsay's search for the new Fanny Cradock
on his 'F Word' programme for Channel Four and a guest judge on
'Street Market Chefs' for Channel Five last autumn. I also have cooked
and presented live for radio and dvd.

Recipe writing and food styling are key areas I work in, but I have to
admit my first love is cooking in front of a live audience and sharing
my love of food! Straightforward home inspired recipes using the best
produce are my speciality.

Companies I work for include Denby and Le Creuset and I have worked
with and demonstrated alongside chefs such as James Martin, Simon
Rimmer and Brian Turner, aswell as cooking for Gordon!
