Hasan DeFour

Chef Hasan was born in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to the UK at the age of 18. He came to the UK with a passion for Caribbean Food and his love has only continued to flourish as the years progressed.

Having worked in various restaurants, perfecting the art of classic cuisine, he decided to push the development of Caribbean cuisine in the UK.

In 2009 he traveled across 8 Caribbean countries along with Michelin star chef Gary Rhodes for his 10 part series, Rhodes Across the Caribbean, he has also showcased Caribbean food on Good Food's Market Kitchen, BBC, and the largest supermarket chains.

Having been named as one of the top 10 Caribbean Chefs in the country, and has appeared in countless publications. He has become a household name within the Caribbean Food arena, and has catered for heads of Government, celebrities, premiership footballers and internationally recognised athletes. He is currently Executive Chef at a top Restaurant in the heart of London.
