Our chef would contact you and discuss what type of menu you would like, 3 - 5 course, he will check if you or your guests have any special dietry needs or allergies, once all this has been established dates and menu can be set.

On the day Chef will arrive in plenty of time to Prep, Cook and Serve your meals, if you have 12 guests or more then an assistant will be provided to help chef during service and after.
